I have always, whether I am here for a month or three, experienced change, made connections, and felt the unfolding from a focused and dedicated period of pure practice. As I begin my second full week of practice I feel the depth and enormity of the challenges ahead. Don’t get me wrong, I have always worked really hard, and like last trip with a seriously long practice, however after this morning first ever led intermediate…..I was cooked….and I was stopped at the first breaking point.
cooked I tell you.
They say that tapah can move mountains in you and in others. When Mike I and were in Asheville, NC this summer we took a drive up the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was a dense and foggy afternoon but we got out at every overlook to breath in the beauty. I guess I am feeling the beauty, but I just can’t see what is coming around the mountain. The whole way back to Virginia we sang this song
I hope to come around the mountain before I leave.
